DIGNITY AT WORK (Anti harassment and bullying)

What is the course about?
It explores the issues of harassment and bullying in the workplace and enables participants to discuss the organisation's Dignity at Work policy, if relevant. Participants learn to recognise forms of harassment. They explore some of the causes of harassment in the workplace and gain an understanding of its negative impact on the recipient and the wider organisation. Techniques on how to challenge inappropriate behaviours are included. 

Course content includes:
  • Dignity at Work: What it means 
  • Harassment, bullying and the legal context
  • Recognising harassment and bullying 
  • The impact of harassment and bullying
  • Recognising and challenging inappropriate behaviours
  • Individual action planning

Who is it for?
Suitable for all staff and can be adapted for managers.

Available as a half day or one day course.
