Donna is a popular, skilled and highly effective trainer, facilitator and coach. She has 15 years experience delivering training and coaching staff and managers.
Donna joined Challenge after a successful career in housing. She worked in direct delivery and held a variety of direct line and strategic management positions including Quality Services Manager. Donna joined Challenge Consultancy in 2000 and is an Associate Trainer as well as the Associate Training Manager. Donna has developed and delivered training programmes at Challenge for a wide variety of our clients, including the housing and health sectors, commercial organisations, local authorities and charities. She has successfully delivered training for frontline staff, middle and senior management and Boards.
Clients frequently specifically request that she delivers their training and team days, as well as being asked to deliver conference speeches and facilitate workshops.
Donna delivers our full range of equality courses, and particularly specialises in ‘Unconscious Bias’, ‘Dignity at Work’, and ‘Equality Impact Assessment’. Donna also delivers a range of skill development training for staff and managers, including ‘Appraisal’ and ‘Recruitment and Selection’.
In addition to training Donna has carried out numerous policy reviews and audits. She has completed a number of harassment and discrimination investigations and developed staff surveys to investigate wider concerns within organisations.
