eLearningUnconscious Bias
The interactive session includes film, quizzes and clear, brief explanations of key concepts and concerns by some of our trainers. Our Unconscious Bias eLearning is focused on some of the day to day issues that can affect people at work with practical solutions to minimise impact and increase awareness of our own potential bias. In developing this session we have tried to ensure that the lively and practical nature of our ever-popular face-to-face training comes across. The session is a great compliment to these live sessions, or stands alone, to ensure the fundamentals of unconscious bias are understood. Speaking Up with Confidence
We have developed a new eLearning course called “Speaking Up with Confidence” following feedback from clients and training participants that support was needed to raise sensitive issues around inappropriate language and behaviour at work. The course provides tools and techniques for individuals to speak up about challenging behaviors or actions demonstrated by colleagues, including managers, and aims to increase individuals’ confidence in speaking up about something that leaves them feeling uncomfortable in the workplace. The course is interactive and thought-provoking, using filmed scenarios to demonstrate techniques, and quizzes for participants to test their understanding and knowledge.
