Founder and Managing Director

Femi Otitoju founded Challenge Consultancy in 1985.  Today she is in demand to design and deliver training solutions throughout the private, public and voluntary sectors.  Current and recent clients include GSK, Barclays Bank, The Design Bridge and The Scottish Parliament along with national and global NGOs such as Shelter, Unicef and Amnesty International.

Femi has written and produced bespoke training films for her clients including “Harassment” for Unilever and “Equality” for The Scottish Parliament.  Her highly popular film based resources Fair’s Fair and Talk to me are distributed globally by Video Arts.

She also wrote “Same Difference” an e-learning programme in partnership with Learning Resources International.  The UK Passport Office was the first of many organisations to use this as part of their induction programme for new staff.

Femi has addressed numerous conferences and events as a key-note speaker on a wide variety of equality and diversity issues.  She has also been fundamental in reviewing, revising and helping implement to equality strategies in many large organisations.
